- Is proactive, ambitious, goal-oriented, responsive, has a broad outlook;
- Is fluent in English and Russian.

RESERVATION MANAGER (CHINESE LANGUAGE)
Key responsibilities:
- Communications and negotiations with international partners (Chinese language), processing GIT and FIT requests; reservation. Program calculations.
- Reservation of services (hotels, flights, ground transportations, VIP services, excursions, and more).
- Interaction with the quality control and operations departments, as well as with service suppliers to ensure excellent service;
- Issuing and checking invoices for agents;
- Preparation and monitoring of company’s price lists (hotels, flights, ground transfers, etc.);
- Taking part in organization of trainings and webinars for agents (in Chinese);
- Translation of requests from Chinese and communication with Chinese clients.
- Permanent monitoring of online booking status;
- Personnel management and motivation, conducting trainings for the reservation team;
- Overall control and supervision of the reservation department.
The ideal candidate:
- Is fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Has at least four years’ experience in tourism or hospitality (preferably in reservations or sales);
- Has a degree in tourism or a related area (management, marketing);
- Is between 26 and 40 y.o.;
- Is a confident Microsoft Office, Excel, and Internet Explorer user;
- Has good management and organizational skills;
- Is a team player, independent, and reliable; and
- Is proactive, resourceful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
