Our updated price lists for the new season have a separate column with specific terms regarding cancellation without penalties.

All additional payments specified in the price lists are compulsory. In the case where there’s the option not to attend a dinner or event, there will be a note listed under the tariffs.

Group transfers to Koh Chang are organized for flights arriving before 12:00.

The total price for all transfers is specified in the price lists; no additional payments are required.

A night in Bangkok prior to departure is advised for travelers coming from Koh Chang, as the transfer arrives to the airport between 13:00-14:00. Another option is to book an individual transfer for the day before departure, where travelers leave Koh Chang at about 17:00 and arrive to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 00:00.

The most convenient way is a domestic flight, where travel time is about 1.5 hours. Flights with Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways are available from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and also from Don Mueang Interantional Airport using Air Asia and Thai Smile. Ground transport is also an option, where travel time is approximately 12 hours.

You can pay for our services by:

1. Bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice;

2. Credit card, in which case 3% is added to the total price. The amount is charged in Thai baht at the current exchange rate;

3. Western Union transfer;

4. PayPal transfer.

It’s nice to spend high season (November-April) in Pattaya, on the islands of Phuket, Phi Phi, Lanta, Chang, Mak, and Kood; in the provinces of Krabi, Ranong, Phang Nga, Trang, and Satun; and also in Bangkok.

For low season (March-October) we recommend the islands of Samui, Tao and Phangan; the resorts of Chumphon, Khanom, Cha-Am, and Hua Hin; as well as Bangkok.

After you register, you can calculate the costs of a standard trip on our website in the Online Booking section. Apply for any of our services or download our current rates at any time.

Unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee the size of bed. However, when booking your room, we can include your preferences. If rooms with the preferred bed size and configuration are available upon arrival, the hotel will most certainly accommodate you.

If you or your travel party is celebrating a special occasion, this information should be included when filling in the application form, and we will make a note of the event. We cannot guarantee however any special treatment as this is left to the discretion of the hotel. Please be aware that some hotels do require documentation, such as a marriage certificate, when making such claims.

Many factors can influence the cost of excursions, such as the availability of special offers and discounts, dollar fluctuations, the size of the group, and so on. As such, it is impossible to calculate the cost in advance. Nevertheless, we make efforts to provide as much information as we can: 

1. If you are travelling with SAYAMA Travel or Biblio-Globus, you will receive our brand backpack, which includes a package full of useful information and descriptions about tours and excursions. 

2. If you are travelling with another company or on your own, all of the necessary information can be obtained while in Thailand at +66 89 009 50 00.

As all travellers must have a minimum of $500 USD to enter Thailand, Immigration Services at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport may request those on arrival to display the amount of cash and credit cards in their possession. This may also include proof of a return ticket. Detailed information about current immigration rules and regulations is available from the Thai Immigration Bureau. Our company is not responsible for the actions of the immigration and customs services of Thailand and/or amendments to their immigration legislation.
