Phuket to Get Floating Market

Phuket’s Historical Park will be transformed into a cultural floating market, according to Phuket Governor Norraphat Plodthong. After conducting a site inspection, regional officials felt the redevelopment would improve local tourism. The market will be held every Saturday, and feature local foods and products, as well as offer cultural shows and performances.
