Phuket Beaches to Become Even Safer

Next season, about 40 CCTV cameras will be deployed on 13 beaches across Phuket as part of the Smart Beach project. The new system will enable lifeguards to use their smartphones to establish swimming zones based on underwater currents and to monitor beachgoers.
