Coastal area of the popular Hua Hin resort is now available for recreation. The city beaches have been completely cleaned of the oil film, and all the sanitary norms are observed, according to the local authorities. Guests and citizens of Hua Hin can now sunbathe and swim without any risks to their health.
Last week an oil slick, stretching for about 10 km, has been discovered in the coastal area of Hua Hin. The municipal authorities took all the appropriate measures to prevent the possible consequences of the oil spill. The Navy of Thailand is engaged in investigating the reason of the incident.
