Qatar Airways announced that it will offer new service to Thailand as part of a network expansion plan. The airline will add two destinations in the Kingdom, in addition to its existing regular flights to Bangkok and Phuket.
Commencing December 2016, Qatar Airways will operate four flights per week to Krabi and three flights per week to Chiang Mai. All in all, in 2016 Qatar Airways will add 22 new routes to its global network, including the world’s longest flight, between Doha and Auckland, New Zealand.
