Foreigners are continuing to visit Thailand during the country’s official period of mourning for the late King, HM Bhumibol Adulyadej. Many tourists are making a stop at the Royal Palace in Bangkok to honor the King’s memory.
The Tourist Authority of Thailand (TAT) said that it would establish an information booth at the Royal Ground at Sanam Luang in Bangkok to give advice related to the mourning period. Tourists lacking appropriate clothing will be provided black ribbons to wear.
