Pattaya's 4-star Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort & SPA is replacing its Tid Talay beach restaurant with an outdoor swimming pool and cafes.
The work will be carried out in the daytime beginning 1 May, with new facilities expected to welcome their first guests in late October.
